1.Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • To cancel a purchase, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide their register/payment details.
  • Once classes have been started, admission cannot be cancelled. In such cases, one may refer to our return policy for further assistance.

2.Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Any applicable cancellation fees and amount for services delivered will be deducted from the amount paid.
  • No refund will be done for skipping or absenting oneself from scheduled classes.
  • No refund will be done if student discontinues joining university level courses or other dissimilar training programmes.
  • Fee paid is not assumed proportional to classes taken. All fee is for course delivery as a whole.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
